Folkestone’s Original Neighbourhood Restaurant.

Marleys:

ByMark‍ ‍&Charly

Marleys is an independent bistro in the heart of Folkestone’s Creative Quarter, founded by us, Mark and Charly, in 2018.

Known for our busy weekend brunches, we also serve seasonal lunch and dinner from Wednesday through to Saturday.

At its heart, Marleys is built on a simple idea - comforting food, thoughtfully made, with flavours that stay with you.

Our menu follows the seasons, working closely with Kent’s farmers and producers to celebrate fresh, local ingredients full of character.

  • We take reservations online for dinner. Breakfast and lunch are walk-in only (no rule-bending on that one).

We do not take deposits but we do hold card details. We have a strict cancellation policy with a £10pp fee for amendments or cancellations within 24hr of your reservation time, or 48hr for large groups.

  • Our Terrace is open seasonally. It is lightly covered and heated but weather-dependent. It is the only area you can dine with pets as we do not allow dogs in our main restaurant. We cannot honour reservations outside if it rains, so we do not take bookings for the Terrace.

  • Our Lounge is open daily. A cosy spot for coffee, cake, and light bites by day - it transforms into a relaxed space for cocktails and nibbles in the evening.

Dogs are welcome here before 5pm... But please note that we do not serve the main menu in the Lounge/Bar, only desserts and nibbles.

  • Marleys welcomes everyone with open arms. We are wheelchair accessible and have inclusive loo’s.

We’re in the town centre and by the harbour. We have a bus stop just outside, and we’re opposite Tram Road public car park.

Reserve a table for dinner.
